Paul also held various positions at thinkmoney, including Digital Product Owner and Head of Personal Loan Collections, leading initiatives to enhance collections processes and develop new lending products. Prior to thinkmoney, Paul worked at Bluestone Credit Management in several senior capacities, focusing on operational management, performance improvement, and team leadership across various collections initiatives.
