Verónica Bastos Pargas

Verónica Bastos Pargas has a broad work experience. Verónica began their career in 2007 as a Paralegal at El Hatillo Municipality. In 2009, they became an Associate Attorney at Badell & Grau. In 2014, they returned to El Hatillo Municipality as a Lawyer, providing legal advice in matters related to Public Law and attending and following up on judicial cases. In 2016, they were appointed as a Customer Support Team Leader at Aprendemas.com. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Fintonic as a People Operations where they were responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all phases of the recruitment process for Junior profiles and interns, from the definition of the DB to the candidate's offer proposal, as well as CV filtering and interviews.
