Gabriela Salazar

Gabriela Salazar is an international development professional with over 25 years of experience in the administration of acquisition and assistance awards, specializing in USAID microfinance and microenterprise development initiatives. Currently serving as Associate Director at Creative Associates International since August 2022 and Contracts and Grants Director at Fintrac Inc since October 2017, Gabriela provides extensive support and guidance for various grants programs worldwide, focusing on compliance, contract management, and program oversight. Previous roles include Awards and Compliance Director at ACDI/VOCA and Contracts Manager at the Academy for Educational Development. Gabriela began the career as a Microfinance Specialist with USAID/Bolivia. Academically, Gabriela holds a Graduate Certificate in Federal Contracts Management from the University of Virginia and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Management from Universidad Católica Boliviana.
