Samu Tuparinne

Samu Tuparinne is an experienced aviation professional with a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, obtained in 2004. Currently serving as the Head of Flight Procedure Design at Fintraffic Air Navigation Services Ltd since January 2021, Samu previously held the same position at ANS Finland for a brief period and managed Noise Management at Finavia from September 2017 to October 2020. Earlier roles at ANS Finland and Finavia involved expertise in instrument flight procedure design, Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) and APV approach implementation, EGNOS Signal-in-Space performance analysis, and safety assessments, along with aircraft noise modeling and noise abatement procedures.
