Chander Chandel has been working in the finance industry since 2002. Chander started their career as a Manager at RR Insurance Brokers Private Limited, and then moved up to Assistant Vice President and Vice President roles. In 2010, they joined IFAN FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED (Erstwhile ING Financial Services Pvt Ltd) as Vice President & Sales Head Business Development, Product Head Insurance and Corporate Fixed Deposit, and also as Assistant Vice President, Product Manager-Insurance & Corporate Deposits. During their tenure, they developed a B2B network for financial products distribution in Mumbai, Pune and Ahemedabad, and also started the retail business in corporate fixed deposits and insurance on a pan India basis. In 2018, they joined SMC Global Securities Ltd as Associate Vice President, where they set up 3 new branches for distribution of financial products in Borivali in Mumbai, Thane and Chennai. Chander also developed the sales team and back end/sales support staff, and network of more than 700 associates (IFAs) in all the 3 locations. In 2020, they joined Fintso as Vice President at Adapt Fintech-FINTSO.

Chander Chandel holds a Fellowship (FIII) from the Fellow of Insurance Institute of India. Chander also holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Control from Himachal Pradesh University, which they obtained in 2002. No additional certifications are listed.
