Oleg Levitsky

Chief Technology Officer at Finverity

Oleg Levitsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Oleg started their career as a programmer consultant at Avto-Integrator, where they worked on Delphi, C++, and Firebird SQL. Oleg then worked as a freelance PHP developer, writing programs and nesting sites using PHP, MySQL, MVC, Yii, Livestreet, Wordpress, and Sphinx. Oleg also worked as a software engineer at KP VTI / EDAPS Consortium, where they handled database management, designed and implemented projects using C#, WinForms, .Net, EntityFramework, and MSSql Server 2008 R2.

In 2009, Oleg founded Fordot, developing solutions using PHP, Yii Framework, MySQL, HTML5, and Amazon EC2. Oleg also worked as a software engineer at КБ Информационных систем КПИ, where they wrote and supported a university library portal using Joomla and later refactored it using the Yii PHP framework and Sphinx search engine.

Oleg has a background in mobile development, having designed apps on the Phonegap / Cordova platform and developed native plugins using Java, Objective C, and .Net. Oleg also has experience in project management and co-founded the "Persony" project, designing it using FullStack JS, setting up production servers, and configuring the development process using Github, Vagrant, puppet, Redmine, and Trello.

In 2015, Oleg founded Esculabs and created a quality control system for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Chronic Hepatitis C. Oleg also analyzed the diagnosis process and developed a library for "fibroscan" verification using C++ and C#.

Currently, Oleg serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Finverity, where they oversee the company's technology strategy and direction.

Oleg Levitsky graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' with a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in flexible computerized systems and robotics. Oleg attended this university from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their schooling at Kyiv Lyceum of Natural Sciences #145 where they focused on Natural Sciences from 2001 to 2005.

Oleg then went on to pursue further education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' graduate school from 2011 to 2014. In this graduate school, they focused on Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Oleg has obtained certifications. In 2012, they obtained a certification on "Copyright for 'Esculabs' software (Hepatitis C computer diagnosis)" from an unspecified institution. Oleg also obtained a certification on "Author's right to the software providing personalization of electronic identification certificate about a vehicle registration" from the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine in September 2012.
