Jake Larson

Jake Larson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jake is currently working as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Finvi since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Sales Account Manager at ESW Capital (Aclate) from April 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they managed customer accounts with a revenue base of over $15 million, demonstrated success in expanding and developing accounts, and had extensive product knowledge.

Before joining ESW Capital, Jake worked as the Vice President of Sales at Heritage Construction from September 2015 to June 2017. In this position, they had oversight of all business initiatives and operations, including hiring, sales culture, team management, and training. Jake successfully increased company revenue by over 75% annually and implemented a Sales Training Program that helped grow the sales team from a small lean team to over 40 representatives in 6 regional offices.

Jake also gained experience as a Senior Member Development Manager at the California Restaurant Association in 2015, where they focused on membership development and building relationships with prominent restaurateurs in California Coastal Regions. Additionally, they worked as the Founder of LIVE Inc. from January 2012 to 2014, where they created and launched an innovative mobile community app and built a brand following that united 100,000 individuals online. Jake transitioned the business to a larger non-profit organization with international expansion capabilities.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Jake co-founded Fireproof Ministries in 1999 and served as a Co-Founder/Pastor until 2012. Jake developed initiatives and curriculum to bring positive change in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction and hardship, expanding the curriculum worldwide. Jake was also responsible for organizational fundraising and large donor development.

Earlier in their career, Jake served as a Teaching Pastor at Rolling Hills Church from February 2009 to January 2011 and as a Lead Pastor at Arcade Church from January 2002 to December 2008.
