Michael Motloch

Michael Motloch's work experience began in 2003 at Dell, where they worked as a Systems Analyst and later as a Customer Server Support representative. At Dell, they collaborated with project managers, developers, vendors, and finance to create and manage test environments for manufacturing applications. Michael also provided server support for corporate customers and developed an application to track technician time.

In 2008, Michael joined Mobilis Technologies as an Application Administrator. Michael managed day-to-day monitoring, management, and upgrades of mission-critical applications used by the Veterans Administration. Michael worked closely with application developers and installed, configured, and managed applications, including custom web sites and database operations.

From 2015 to 2016, Michael worked at Volusion as a Deployment Engineer. During this time, they contributed to the deployment and management of software applications.

In 2016, Michael joined Kibo Software Inc as a DevOps Engineer. In this role, they continued their work with application development, monitoring, and management.

In 2018, Michael advanced to the position of Manager, DevOps Engineering at Kibo Commerce. Michael oversaw the DevOps engineering team and was responsible for the efficient deployment and management of software applications.

Most recently, Michael joined Finvi as a Senior Manager, DevOps in 2023. In this role, they are currently overseeing the DevOps processes and ensuring smooth operations.

Michael Motloch completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Science from St. Edward's University from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in "How to Inspire and Develop Your Direct Reports" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
