Senior Support Specialist at Finvi

Nicholas Foumal, CAPM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Nicholas began their professional journey as a Security Officer at WaferTech in 2014, where they served till April 2019. Following this, from November 2017 to May 2019, Nicholas worked as an Intern at the Society for Information Management, providing logistical support and exceptional customer service at events. In May 2019, they joined Finvi as a Support Specialist I, handling support emails and calls, triaging cases, and adhering to compliance regulations. Nicholas then advanced to the position of Support Specialist II at Finvi in July 2020. In this role, they troubleshooted software, hardware, network, and database issues, created knowledge base articles, and worked on revenue-generating projects. Currently, Nicholas holds the role of Senior Support Specialist at Finvi, where they mentor and trains new support specialists, learns and trains others on new software features, and utilizes SQL to extract data for troubleshooting and generating reports.

Nicholas Foumal, CAPM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General, which they obtained from Washington State University Vancouver from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed two Associate's degrees at Clark College. From 2016 to 2017, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, and from 2014 to 2016, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Nicholas Foumal has also obtained certifications in CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ from CompTIA in May 2022, and as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in August 2021.
