Darren Leskiw has a diverse work background with experience in various engineering roles. Darren began their career at BMP America Inc as a Senior Engineer, where they led a team and managed customers and product lines for waste ink absorber pads in the ink-jet printing industry. Darren then joined Sierra Bullets, LLC as a Process Engineer, responsible for new product development, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Darren later became a Plant Engineer at Sierra Bullets, overseeing the engineering department, quality control department, ballistic range, and waste water pre-treatment plant. After that, they worked as an Industrial Engineer at Scholastic, focusing on improving efficiency and throughput within the warehouse, delivery services, and returns process. Prior to their current role as Director of Engineering at Fiocchi of America, they served as an Independent Consultant at SIG Sauer, where they designed tooling and provided engineering support for repurposed equipment. Overall, Darren has demonstrated expertise in engineering, process improvement, and project management.
Darren Leskiw completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo in the years 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued further education at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from 2006 to 2009.
