Alice Fredriksson

Alice Fredriksson currently serves as a Casemanager and Coordinator at International Social Service Netherlands within Fiom since April 2022, where responsibilities include providing psycho-social support to individuals seeking to reunite with biological families and collaborating with multi-cultural partners. Previous experience includes working as a Patient Contact Centre Representative at Medtronic, where Alice provided technical and psycho-social support to cardiac patients and healthcare professionals, along with managing projects and training employees. Additional experience as a Medical Secretary in a psychiatry clinic involved supporting emergency mental health patients and providing administrative services. Alice holds a Master of Science in Victimology and Criminal Justice from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the West of England. Alice has also completed coaching education at the Animas Centre for Coaching. Multilingual capabilities include English, Dutch, French, and Spanish.
