Biju Suresh Babu

Biju Suresh Babu has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Biju is currently the Managing Director of Banking & Financial Services at Fiorano Software, where they oversee the global vertical and is responsible for industry engagement, product strategy, and partner strategy. Biju is also a thought leader and author in this field and frequently speaks at global events.

Prior to their current role, Biju was the Global Head of Open Banking at Fiorano Software, where they led the company's initiatives and industry engagements with the Open Banking Implementation Entity (OBIE) UK and the Berlin Group's NextGenPSD2 working group. Biju also contributed to broader technology working groups on Open API architectures, BIAN, and BaaS.

Biju has also held positions at Exelcius Health as a Director, OpenIT.io as a Director and co-founder, and Genisys Group as the Director of Emerging Technology Solutions. Biju has previous experience as the Vice President of Sales at Genisys Software, as well as a Director at eGenisys Consulting (India) Pvt. Ltd and Crystal Solutions. Biju began their career as part of the Internet Team at Net Kraft.

Throughout their career, Biju has been involved in various roles and responsibilities related to Open Banking, API architectures, security, IAM flows, Core Banking modernization, and digital identity platforms. Biju is well-regarded for their expertise and contributions to the industry.

Biju Suresh Babu completed their MBA in Information Systems from PSG College of Technology from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco, Mannuthy from 1986 to 1989, where they studied SSLC.
