Christian Mora

Christian Mora has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christian started their career as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Beckman Coulter - Lean Department in 2009. Christian then moved on to AAR Landing Gear Services, where they held multiple roles, including Lean Facilitator/Project Engineer, Materials - Purchasing Manager, and finally, Supply Chain Director from 2010 to 2018. Since 2018, Christian has been working at Fiplex Communications, initially as the Director of Operations and currently as the Vice President of Operations.

Christian Mora pursued their education in a chronological manner starting from 2004 to 2012. Christian first attended Miami Dade College from 2004 to 2007 and obtained an Associate in Arts Degree with a focus on Engineering. Following that, they enrolled at Florida International University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. In 2010, they furthered their knowledge by completing a Lean MRO Certification program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lastly, in 2011 to 2012, Christian attended Villanova University and earned a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
