Francois Meyer

Francois Meyer is a health technology assessment expert and patient advocate with extensive experience in evaluating health interventions and health policy. They served as Secretary General of the Transparency Committee at Afssaps from 2003 to 2005 and held the position of Director of the Health Technology Assessment Division at Haute Autorité de Santé from 2005 to 2011. Francois is currently running their own consultancy while also acting as a Special Advisor at FIPRA Public Affairs. They graduated with a Medical Doctor degree in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Diseases from the University of Montpellier in 1984.
