Rachel Rubin

Rachel Rubin is the current Executive Secretary to the Board of Trustees at University of Connecticut. Rachel has been in this position since June 2011. Prior to that, they were the Director of Compliance at The University of Connecticut from July 2004 to June 2011.

Rachel Rubin has a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.S. in Business from the University of Connecticut. Rachel also has a 40-Hour Mediation Training Certificate from Quinnipiac University School of Law Center on Dispute Resolution.

They work with Joann Lombardo - Senior Director, Governmental Relations, Michael Gilbert - VP, Student Affairs, and Franklin A. Tuitt - VP and Chief Diversity Officer. Rachel Rubin reports to Radenka Maric, Interim President.
