Mervi Leikas

Mervi Leikas is a seasoned change and HR professional with extensive experience in people and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Communications at Fira since June 2018, Mervi also runs Mervin Consulting Oy as a Coach and Managing Director. Previously, Mervi held significant roles at ManpowerGroup Oy, including Director of Development and Change Management, and HR Director for Finland and the Baltics. Mervi's career began as an Employment Officer, followed by roles in HR coordination and recruitment at Fritidsresor, showcasing a strong foundation in HR strategy, process development, and transformational initiatives across various organizations.
