Shane Merali

Shane Merali is a Canadian executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at WALDEN since January 2021, and maintaining the position of CEO at FIRE since August 2010. Initially starting a career in retail wholesale, Shane transitioned into real estate sales and development in Quebec and Ontario before moving to Florida in 2008, where Shane became an investor and developer, establishing a reputation through Merali Homes Inc.
