Lachy Poulter is an experienced professional in health, safety, and injury management, currently serving as a Safety, Health + Wellbeing Advisor at Fire and Emergency NZ since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lachy worked as a Case Manager at WorkAON and Gallagher Bassett, overseeing portfolios of work and non-work ACC claims and implementing effective injury management strategies.
