Lachy Poulter

Lachy Poulter is an experienced professional in health, safety, and injury management, currently serving as a Safety, Health + Wellbeing Advisor at Fire and Emergency NZ since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lachy worked as a Case Manager at WorkAON and Gallagher Bassett, overseeing portfolios of work and non-work ACC claims and implementing effective injury management strategies. Earlier experience includes leading community programs as the Active Communities Manager at Sport Otago, managing work-related claims at Care Advantage, and handling claims assessment at Aviva and Allianz Australia Limited. Lachy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, a Bachelor of Physical Education in Exercise Physiology, a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences endorsed in Occupational Health, and an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH.
