Chad Mackay is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Brigado since September 2022, Mackay also established FierroTech Consulting in 2018 and has been the Owner of Fire & Vine Hospitality since 2004. Active in community initiatives, Mackay co-founded the Third Door Coalition in September 2018 to address chronic homelessness in Seattle/King County. Additionally, Mackay has served as a Past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Washington Hospitality Association and continues to contribute as a Board Member for Visit Seattle since 2009. Mackay holds a BA in Business with a focus on Accounting from Seattle University.

The Fire & Vine Hospitality team is responsible for overall operational leadership, culinary expertise, product sourcing, marketing and technology support for each of the properties in the company.
