Suleyman Gokyigit

Suleyman Gokyigit is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at IT Support Guys from 2014 to 2021, initially as the Director of Operations and later as the Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in growing the company from a three-person startup to a 25-employee nationwide managed IT service provider with annual revenue exceeding $2 million. Suleyman handled various responsibilities including overseeing engineering teams, project management, customer support, and business operations. Moreover, they achieved consistent revenue growth and profitability through customer acquisition, expanding business with current customers, and diversifying revenue streams. Before joining IT Support Guys, Suleyman worked at BT Global Services from 2005 to 2013 as the Manager in charge of Global Access finance, commercial, and products. In this role, they managed a product portfolio of 11 products, supervised a budget of GBP 10 million, and focused on maximizing profitability while winning new business through competitive pricing and margin optimization.

Suleyman Gokyigit has an extensive education background. Suleyman began their academic journey at The University of Toledo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 1993 to 1999. Following this, Suleyman went on to complete their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Caltech, attending from 1999 to 2002. Suleyman then continued their educational pursuits by enrolling at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2003 to 2006.
