James Concilio

James Concilio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Firearms Legal Protection since October 2021. Prior to this, they founded and operated Trinity Consulting as the Founder & CEO since July 2018. In this role, they acted as a sales, mindset, and leadership consultant, aiding entrepreneurs in enhancing their income, impact, and influence. James successfully trained new sales consultants, contributing to substantial revenue growth for their clients. James also provided consulting services to a startup client, resulting in significant first-year revenue and high customer ratings.

From October 2019 to October 2021, James worked as a Management & Leadership Consultant at Matrix Success Network. Here, they focused on helping entrepreneurs and salespeople convert their annual income into monthly income using a proprietary process.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Staples as a Regional Sales Director / Learning Advisor from March 2015 to July 2018. James developed and implemented programs to boost sales success for Field Sales Leaders and Sales Professionals, driving substantial annual revenue. Additionally, they designed and executed new manager onboarding training for Area Sales Managers.

James also gained valuable experience during their time in the US Navy, where they served as a Petty Officer Second Class from January 2000 to January 2005.
