Maayan Frishman-Frimer

Maayan Frishman-Frimer is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist at Fireblocks since February 2024, with a robust background in instructional design and project management. Previously at Lotem from November 2020 to February 2024, Maayan managed projects across various sectors, conducted needs analysis, and developed both digital and traditional learning materials. Maayan also served as an Instructional Designer and Career Counselor at IDC Herzliya from April 2016 to November 2020, overseeing the Career Center's training resources and providing career guidance. With earlier roles in office management and consulting, Maayan's diverse experience is supported by advanced degrees in Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Reichman University.
