Program Manager, Title Management at Firebrand Technologies

Myfanwy Collins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and companies. Myfanwy started their career in 1997 as the Director of Program Management at MyWay.com, where they supervised project leaders and managed cross-functional teams. In 2000, they worked as a Project Manager, Engineering at Groove Networks, where they coordinated product release cycles and implemented reusable processes. From 2002 to 2016, Myfanwy served as a co-founder at Ignited LLC, where they performed various roles such as Subject Matter Expert of Language Arts for NovaNet Lessons, real-time technical transcriptionist, and producer of marketing outreach materials. In 2016, they became an Office Manager at Firebrand Technologies, where they supported C-level executives and managed internal operational projects. Later in 2019, they transitioned to the role of Program Manager, Title Management at the same company, where they managed projects, enforced writing standards, and streamlined the escalation process. Throughout their career, Myfanwy has also showcased their writing skills, publishing several works, including novels and fiction collections.

Myfanwy Collins holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Literature from Clark University. Myfanwy also completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a double major in English and Education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Additionally, Collins has obtained a certification in Project Management from the Six Sigma Global Institute, which they earned in January 2023.
