Venu Ravi

Venu Ravi has over 19 years of experience in the technology industry. Venu began their career in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer for ONI Systems, where they developed robust real-time OS software and was a lead engineer and software architect for a web-based network management system. In 2002, they moved to CIENA as a Senior Manager of Sustaining Engineering and Escalation Support, where they managed multi-functional, multi-location teams. In 2005, they joined HP (via acquisition of Opsware) as a Research and Development Engineer. In 2012, they founded Finnoxa as the Principal and Founder. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at CoreCompete LLC as the Vice President of Managed Services and Big Data. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Cybersecurity at Zenoti. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Cloud Engineering, India at Hitachi Vantara. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering and VP Engineering at Fireflies.ai.

Venu Ravi completed their MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2007, majoring in Marketing & Corporate Strategy. Venu also holds a Master's Degree from North Carolina State University in Computer Engineering, and a B.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Electronics & Telecommunications.
