The Training and Instruction team at Firefly is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality educational content and training sessions to clients worldwide. This team comprises expert instructors who specialize in diverse areas such as data centers, unified computing systems, security, storage networking, and various Cisco technologies. They conduct both instructor-led and virtual training courses aimed at enhancing clients' proficiency in information technology and ensuring successful technology adoption.
