Taylor Maguire

Taylor Maguire has extensive experience in customer experience management and agency operations, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Human Resources Manager at Firefly Agency since July 2014. In this role, Taylor assists with all internal operations, collaborating with the Business Development team and trainers to create a supportive environment for agents. Prior experience includes roles at Muskingum University as Library Circulation Assistant and Admission Office Assistant, where responsibilities included managing library materials and coordinating campus visits. An internship at Leech, Scherbel, Peddicord, and Given involved legal research and documentation support. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Muskingum University and attended Capital University Law School from 2013 to 2014.
