Guilherme Simes

Guilherme Simes serves as a Technical Project Leader within the Project Support Team at Firefly Sweden since October 2023. Previously, Guilherme completed an Erasmus+ Internship for a Master Thesis Project at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, focusing on the development and experimental characterization of a low flux solar simulator for photovoltaic panel studies from September 2022 to April 2023. A summer internship at Hydraplan, SA in August 2018 involved regular maintenance and repairs of MAN and Volkswagen vehicles as a service mechanic intern. In August 2017, a summer internship at Damen Shipyards Group included contributions to research and development efforts, particularly in sustainability goals and cost analysis for a new tugboat model. Guilherme obtained a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico in June 2023 and completed a certificate program at ENSTA Paris in November 2019 related to photovoltaic solar energy.
