Anton Pavlovsky

Anton Pavlovsky is an experienced professional in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and facilities management, currently serving as Director of EHS, Facilities, and Security at Firefly Aerospace since September 2022. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Molecular Templates and Novartis, where Anton led global HSE conformance audits and managed safety programs across multiple sites. At Alcon Laboratories, Anton held several leadership positions, supervising site HSE professionals and managing compliance activities for large teams and facilities. Anton began a military career in the United States Army Reserve, reaching the rank of Sergeant, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
