Amy Mechaelsen

Amy Mechaelsen has been working in youth services for over three years. Amy started their career as a project assistant at Bring Hope, where they helped coordinate the organization's response to complex humanitarian emergencies. Amy then moved on to Action for Education, where they worked with youth from all over the world to create therapeutic and educational projects. Most recently, Amy has been working as a member operations associate at Firefly Health. In this role, they are responsible for managing member operations and ensuring that all members have a positive experience with the company.

Amy Mechaelsen's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand View University. Amy then went on to obtain their Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Haifa.

They work with Riley Knebes - Health Guide, Mariana Daniel - Member Operations Associate, and Jordon Pogrant - Health Guide. Amy Mechaelsen reports to Kimberly Bartlett, Head of Member Experience Operations.
