Hayley Charlton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hayley most recently worked as a Product Manager at Firefly Learning since 2023. Hayley Charlton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems at the University of Derby from 1995 to 1999. Hayley then pursued a Master of Science degree in E-Commerce Management at the same university from 2001 to 2002 but later decided to relinquish it in favor of the Graduate Teacher Programme at George Spencer Academy, where they attended from 2002 to 2003. In 2017, they obtained a NLP Coaching Certificate from the College Of Central England Limited.
