Sarah McCaldon has worked in the customer success and sales development fields since 2019, when they began as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Firefly Learning. Prior to that, they worked at MLS - Micro Librarian Systems from 2007 to 2019, where they held the roles of Senior Account Manager and Account Manager.
