The current leadership team at Firelands Local Schools has experience in both teaching and educational administration. The team is led by a director who has experience in special education, and the team also includes a teacher. Both the director and the teacher have experience working in school districts. The team's experience in different areas of education gives them a well-rounded perspective on how to lead the district.
