Kevin Riley, CPA, MBA, FHFMA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Kevin is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Firelands Health. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Health Management Associates, where they provided consulting services in the healthcare field. Kevin also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at St. Luke's Hospital, Wellcare Physicians Group, and Care Enterprise, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning, risk management, and quality initiatives. Kevin has also worked as an Interim Director at Caresource and Premier, Inc, overseeing financial operations and acting as a liaison between market President and finance accounting. Previously, they served as the VICE PRESIDENT/CORPORATE DIRECTOR FINANCE at Mercy Health and held managerial positions at PwC and KPMG, focusing on advisory services and financial modeling for healthcare providers. Kevin began their career as an Associate/Manager at Ziegler, Gaudiello & Co., CPAs and as a Staff Accountant at Mainline Health, Paoli Memorial Hospital.

Kevin Riley, CPA, MBA, FHFMA, has a diverse education history. Kevin obtained their B.S. degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University in the period from 1987 to 1991. With a desire to further their career in finance and management, they pursued an EMBA degree from Xavier University between 2011 and 2013. During this time, they focused on studies in Strategy, Finance, and International fields. Following their EMBA, Kevin pursued a Master's degree from Jefferson Health, specializing in the School of Population Health and Health Economics from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Kevin Riley holds numerous certifications. Kevin became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in May 1995 through the Pennsylvania Board of Accountancy. More recently, Kevin has obtained various healthcare-related certifications from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). These include the Certified Specialist Managed Care, Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), and Certified Specialist Accounting & Finance. Kevin is also recognized as a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) since March 2021. In 2017, Kevin Riley achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC.
