Victoria Schaefer

Victoria Schaefer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Victoria is currently working at Firelands Scientific, where they started as a Human Resources Coordinator in October 2020. Victoria later progressed to become a Human Resources Manager in March 2021 and is currently serving as the Human Resources Director from March 2022. Prior to their current position, Victoria worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Sandusky, City of, from January 2018 to October 2020. Before that, they worked at City of Sandusky as a Recreation Superintendent from December 2011 to January 2018. Victoria also gained experience in catering as a Catering Intern at The Crew's Nest from May 2011 to February 2012. Additionally, they worked at TGI Fridays for an extended period, starting as a Server in March 2008 and later became a Serve, holding this role until May 2011.

Victoria Schaefer attended Margaretta Local Schools from 1998 to 2007, where they obtained their high school diploma. Victoria then enrolled at Bowling Green State University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Event Planning/Tourism. In addition, Victoria obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification in September 2020 from HRCI.
