Matt Harter

Matt Harter is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in product development and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at FireMon since March 2024, Matt previously held roles including Director of Product Management at Snappt Inc from October 2022 to April 2024 and Vice President of Product Engineering at FireMon from September 2013 to October 2022. Matt initiated the adoption of Agile methodologies at FireMon to enhance development efficiency and quality. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Software Development at StoreFinancial and Development Manager at SOURCECORP, where Matt contributed to various strategic projects in payment processing and business process outsourcing. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
