Mark Kulak

Mark Kulak has extensive experience in software development and management. Mark started their career at Compuware Corporation in 1994, where they worked as a Software Developer and Team Leader before moving up to the role of Product Development Manager. During their time at Compuware, they successfully implemented agile practices and managed the agile transformation of the R&D teams.

In 2009, Kulak joined Micro Focus as a Senior Manager of Software Development. In this role, they managed cross-functional R&D teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones. Mark was responsible for ensuring the delivery of functionality that met market needs and oversaw the integration of acquired products into the Micro Focus organization.

In 2014, Kulak became the Director of Development at Micro Focus (formerly HP/Hewlett Packard Enterprise). Mark led the definition, design, development, testing, delivery, and maintenance of multiple software products. Mark also remotely directed teams across international locations and successfully created a new engineering team in a different location.

Most recently, in 2019, Kulak joined United Wholesale Mortgage as the Vice President and later promoted to Senior Vice President of Application Development. The details of their roles in these positions are not provided.

Mark Kulak attended Ferris State University but did not obtain a degree. Mark holds additional certifications as a Certified SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
