Michael Willetts

Michael Willetts has over 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Michael began their career in 2011 as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Styron LLC. In 2012, they moved to Armtec as a Finance Director. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at AirBoss of America. In 2020, they became a Fractional CFO at WD Numeric Corporate Services. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at GetSwift, Business Consultant and Fractional CFO at Fresh Consulting (Ontario), Chief Financial Officer at Forward Water Technologies Inc., and Chief Financial Officer at Eccomelt LLC. Michael is currently serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer at The Flowr Corporation.

Michael Willetts completed the PEP Program with Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Michael then went on to obtain an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Windsor. Michael also obtained a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelors in Business/Commerce from the same institution.
