Mariama Sow

Mariama Sow is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in facilitating meetings, managing project tasks, and ensuring adherence to client objectives. Mariama has held roles at various companies, including Fireside, SpotOn, Capital One, and Aetna. At SpotOn, Mariama facilitated meetings to determine project milestones and brainstorm ideas. Mariama also performed quality assurance on deliverables and aligned project goals with strategic objectives. At Capital One, Mariama served as a SAFe Scrum Master, leading pre-PI planning meetings and facilitating agile ceremonies. Additionally, they collaborated with the Product Owner to plan roadmap execution and coached the team through a transformation phase. At Aetna, Mariama also served as a Scrum Master. Mariama Sow pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020. Later, in January 2023, they also received a certification in Agile Project Leadership from LinkedIn.
