Joseph Janousek has experience in customer service, sales, and managing customer orders at FireSprint Printing, where Joseph currently works as a Customer Advocate. Prior to this, Joseph worked at Musicpage.com as a MOB Coordinator / Artist Relations, where Joseph interviewed, hired, and trained a team to provide constructive reviews for members. Joseph also provided customer service on the site. Before that, Joseph was a Behavioral Health Technician at Boystown, where Joseph monitored and taught behaviors to youth in a group home setting. Joseph graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art.
