Nataly Pouzet has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nataly started their career in 2010 at Custom Cargo as an Administrative Assistant, where they worked until 2022. In 2015, they briefly worked as a School Psychologist at The Mayan School. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Translator at Compassion International. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at The Workloop for a few months. Currently, they are working at Distributel as a Customer Experience Advocate, starting in May 2022.

Nataly Pouzet earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, which they attended from 2010 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana from 2016 to 2018.
