Charlie Cross

Charlie Cross began their career in 1996 at Smith International, where they served as Quality Systems Analyst and QC Leader. In this role, they were responsible for performing internal process and product audits, as well as quality systems audits in preparation for ISO and API audits. Charlie also performed data collection, database maintenance, and was responsible for updating and maintaining all quality documents, as well as performing external vendor audits to ensure compliance with their specifications. In 2009, Cross became Co-owner of Eido & Cross Solutions, where they provided Crisis Management, Disaster Preparedness, and Business Continuity Consultant services. In 2011, they joined Catalyst Handling Resources, LLC as HSE/Quality Coordinator in the USA.

Charlie Cross attended Sam Houston State University from 1991 to 1992, studying Criminal Justice and Sociology.
