Tom Bogardus

Tom Bogardus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tom started their career at Walgreens as an Executive Assistant Manager from 2003 to 2005. Tom then joined Bechtel in 2007, where they worked as a Recruiter and later became a Project HR Supervisor, responsible for managing HR operations for a construction project in UAE. At Bechtel Corporation, they held roles such as Compensation Specialist and HR Generalist, before becoming a Project Human Resources specialist for the Wheatstone Project LNG Plant in Western Australia. In 2016, Tom joined Firetrol Protection Systems as the Director of Human Resources.

Tom Bogardus received their MBA in Human Resources from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 2007. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Financial Services from Brigham Young University between 1996 and 2003. Additionally, in 2016, Tom obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification.
