Fatima Sieber-Naciri

Fatima Sieber-Naciri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the perfumery and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Creative Development Innovation Center and Business Development for Perfumery in the MEA region at Firmenich since 2007, Fatima has held various leadership positions, including Sr. Director for the Creation and Development Center in Africa and Middle East. Previous roles include Director positions in Sales, Consumer Marketing Insights, and Business Development across IMEA and EMEA. Fatima's career began at Procter & Gamble, where significant product launches were achieved, including the introduction of Morocco's first two-in-one shampoo. Furthermore, Fatima has held roles in venture analysis, project management, and marketing at notable companies including Unilabs and Nestlé. Fatima holds a diploma in Business Administration from Ecole de Commerce a Casablanca.
