Soniya Deshpande

Soniya Deshpande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and business process management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Global Operational Excellence Capabilities at dsm-firmenich since July 2023, Soniya is responsible for harmonizing and governing performance management KPIs for factories worldwide. Prior to this role, Soniya worked at Firmenich from November 2011, holding various positions including Mfg Process & System Manager and Transformation Process Manager, overseeing manufacturing systems, driving business transformation initiatives, and managing a global SAP BI/BO team. Previous experience includes roles at firms such as Sage Group Consulting, Henkel of America, MAXIMUS, Auspex, and Mafatlal Consultancy, where Soniya focused on business process improvements and ERP implementations. Soniya holds an MBA in Management from W P Carey - ASU, along with several certifications including ITIL, PMP, and Scrum Master.
