Jessica Wideman (Proctor)

Jessica Wideman (Proctor) is a skilled Customer Success Manager at Firmex since October 2021, with prior experience in business development and account management roles at EF Educational Tours from March 2017 to October 2021. Jessica began a career in sales as a Sales Consultant at Peterpans Adventure Travel from March 2015 to November 2016 and previously served as a Brand Ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions from May 2013 to January 2015. Early career experiences include a role as Head Camp Counselor for Dance at Appleby College in the summer of 2014 and a Marketing Intern at John Labatt Centre from October 2011 to April 2012. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Media, Information and Technoculture (MIT) with a Certificate in Writing from The University of Western Ontario, completed in 2014, and graduated from Cawthra Park Secondary School's Regional Arts Program in Dance in 2010.
