Courtney Armstrong

Courtney Armstrong currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs at the First 5 Association of California since December 2022. Previously, Courtney held the position of Senior Policy Officer at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health's Division of HIV and STD Programs from January 2022 to December 2022. A substantial tenure at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation spanned from February 2006 to April 2021, where Courtney advanced through various roles, including Vice President of Policy and Senior Director of Policy and Strategy, focusing on state legislative agendas for HIV care and prevention funding.
