Phillip Brown

Phillip Brown, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs at All Points Broadband since September 2023. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of External Affairs Manager at Crown Castle, where responsibilities included managing government and public affairs across nine states and enhancing stakeholder relationships. Phillip's extensive experience includes serving as the Executive Director of the Kentucky Communications Network Authority, where oversight of a $400 million telecommunications construction project and management of a team of 15 were key duties. Previous roles also encompass leadership positions in public policy at Connected Nation, Inc., government relations at America's Public Television Stations, and various capacities in the U.S. House of Representatives. Phillip holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BA in International Relations from Centre College.
