Nicole Van Der Tuin is the Co-Founder and CEO of First Access. Nicole has also previously worked with Boost Capital, Unreasonable, The Aspen Institute, and Endeavor Global. Nicole has a wealth of experience in helping entrepreneurs in the developing world grow their businesses. Nicole has also worked on designing and launching MicroWorld, a social business that helps people invest in entrepreneurs in different parts of the world.

Nicole Van Der Tuin has a Master of Public Administration from Columbia | SIPA with a focus in economic development and statistics. Nicole also has a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors from Kenyon College in cultural anthropology, economics, and writing. Nicole has also studied Mandarin Chinese at Tsinghua University and culture, development & social justice; Portuguese at the School of International Training in Brazil.
