Dian Alphonso

Dian Alphonso has over 24 years of experience in quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at First Advantage since March 1999. In this role, Dian oversees all Agile and Waterfall releases, implementing a comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process across the organization. Previous positions include Quality Assurance Release Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed directing quality assurance policies and managing teams in India and the US. Additionally, Dian has experience as a Senior Quality Test Analyst and has worked at ChoicePoint (now LexisNexis) as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Sr. Reviewer/Auditor. Dian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University, completed in 2002.
