Elizabeth Price

Elizabeth Price serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer and SVP, Global Employment Counsel at First Advantage since June 2005, where dynamic leadership, communication skills, and risk mitigation form the core of responsibilities. Elizabeth collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide insightful legal counsel that aligns with company objectives. Previous roles include VP, Associate General Counsel, focusing on domestic and international HR policies, and Senior Associate Counsel, where Elizabeth negotiated significant acquisition agreements totaling $319 million. Prior to First Advantage, Elizabeth worked at Microsoft from 2001 to 2005 in various legal roles, including Legal & Tax Consultant and C&B Acquisition Specialist. Elizabeth also served as Corporate Counsel at FCCI from 1992 to 2000, advising executive management and the Board of Directors on strategic decisions and corporate governance. Elizabeth holds a JD from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
